The throttle body controls the amount of air the engine takes in, and when it gets dirty, the engine can't idle smoothly by rotating the throttle mechanism and spray the cleaning solvent around the inside of the throttle body and self learning using the OBD2 helps in the engine durability. Removal of the dirty and carbon accumulation is best before choosing to replace such a part which can be costly.
